Returns Policy
You cannot return an order for: periodical(s) or magazine(s) CDs, DVDs, USBs where the holographic seal and/or shrink-wrap has been unsealed, digital content, including .pdfs subscriptions which have been started. If the physical product is damaged, the delivery agent was notified at time of delivery and a delivery agent acknowledgment was received in writing, then we may issue a replacement product.
